Group Study Rooms
The library provides six group study rooms for use by groups of at least four students who need a space where they can talk freely and collaborate on projects. The rooms are also used by faculty with their classes.
There are two group study rooms on the Main Floor, three rooms on the Second Floor, and one room on the Lower Level.
One room on each floor contains audio-visual equipment (TV, DVD, VHS).
The Deerfield Authors & Publications Room on the Main Floor includes a computer, but students are also free to bring their personal laptops and take advantage of wireless access throughout the library.
It is suggested that groups plan ahead to use a room by signing up in advance at the Circulation Desk, especially during periods of peak library use.
