Information Technology

The library provides access to 15 computers for research, Internet access, and various software programs plus one laser printer. Computers dedicated to the online catalog are available on each floor. Wireless access is available throughout the library.

Library staff can assist students with technology questions relating to how to use electronic resources and some software programs. They may be able to assist with simpler questions about hardware and equipment.

Library staff should be notified immediately regarding any difficulty in accessing online resources (the catalog or databases), either on-campus or off-campus, so that the problem can be resolved. Contact Wanda Meck at 774-1515.

Information Technology Services (IT)

In depth technology questions, including problems with personal laptops or wireless access on-campus, should be referred to the Information Technology Services Help Desk at 774-1444.

Faculty and/or student requests for any audio-visual equipment not routinely provided in group study rooms and classrooms in the library should be directed to IT.

Faculty instruction in the use of audio-visual and electronic equipment in the library is provided by IT.
